Molecular modeling of cyclodextrin inclusion complexes

Résumé

Cyclodextrins can form inclusion complexes with a wide range of guest molecules. Experimentally, it is often challenging to extract structural and dynamic information at the atomic scale about cyclodextrin inclusion complexes especially in the aqueous phase. This review summarized, through some examples, the different Molecular modeling techniques used to study the structure of cyclodextrin inclusion complexes.
