Energy-Efficient Power Allocation and User-Channel Assignment for NOMA Heterogeneous Ultra-Dense Network

This paper investigates joint user-channel assignment and energy-efficient power allocation problems for OFDM based Non Orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) Heterogeneous ultra-dense networks (H-UDN). We separate the joint resource problem using the decouple optimization method into two sub-problems, a joint user-channel assignment problem, and an energy-efficient power allocation problem. We tackle the joint user-channel assignment problem using a matching scheme and the energy-efficient power allocation problem using the Stack-elberg game. The simulation results show the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm in terms of energy efficiency and the minimum required user rate.
