Photogrammetric Cable Robot
Résumé
The present invention concerns a method for configuring a photogrammetric robot with cables, comprising a frame, a mobile platform on which at least one camera and a plurality of cables are mounted, each cable extending from an attachment point of the movable platform to an adjustable output point in position while remaining attached to the frame. The maximum working space of the robot is defined by the range of possible positions of the different output points of the cables. In addition, a set of pairs of positions and set-point orientations of the platform is determined to measure the points of a scene by photogrammetry. A genetic algorithm comprising crossing, mutation and selection operations is then applied to a population of vectors each of which representing respective positions of the cable output points, the selection being carried out by means of an aptitude function involving at least a first objective function evaluating a percentage of collisions and a second objective function evaluating a percentage of balance constraint violation of the mobile platform, when the latter takes the said different positions and set-point orientations
