Vices and virtues in controlling psychosocial risks at work, which ways to become a “good” organization?
Résumé
This research focuses on the prevention of psychosocial risks at work (PSR) as a new institutional demand to which organizations must respond. We study the behavior of organizations in managing a situation of an "atypical" risk, the PSR. Conforming to this sub-theme, human management, through the issue of PSRs, raises the question of "the good" organization which takes care of its employees by promoting virtuous behavior. This issue of managing PSRs is an entry point for renewing risk management practices.
