Résumé

This paper deals with the synthesis and design of wideband bandpass filters for high data bit rate wireless communication systems. A very high selectivity level is introduced by using and combining Surface Mounted Components, microstrip lines and suspended transmission lines. Such hybrid technology aims also to meet the demands of drastic size reduction and cost savings. The filter designed with this hybrid approach has been simulated with both linear circuit and 2.5D electromagnetic simulation tools. Experimental results will also be presented.
