Optical metrology based on coherent phase imaging: applications to 3D deformation measurements and vibrations analysis

Résumé

This paper aims at describing recent advances in coherent imaging based on digital holography; especially we will focus on the use of such an approach to investigate traveling acoustic waves in mechanical structures and to study mechanical properties of bio-materials.
