Excitons, phonons and confinement effects in halide perovskites: recent results

Résumé

Recent optical and neutron spectroscopy results, X-Ray diffraction and theory approaches, will be presented, including excitons, phonons and carrier-phonon coupling in 2D multilayered phases 3D hybrid perovskites and quantum dots (QD) Quantum and dielectric confinement effects, as well as symmetry properties will be highlighted . The presentation will especially address the ongoing debate about the nature of the exciton ground state in perovskite QD
