Diffractive coupling for large scale photonic Reservoir Computers

Résumé

We experimentally create a neural network using diffractive coupling, implementing 2025 connections in parallel and demonstrate photonic reinforcement learning. We numerically show validity of the scheme for coupling at least 34000 elements.
