The workshop of Saint-Vincent, on the bank of the river Saône, downstream of la Muette, was discovered in 1989. The remains of five kilns were found, but only the production of "olpe" seems to be attested. These kilns were probably used around 40 BC and the workshop is the most ancient known in Lyon.
