Integration of collaborative robot in a hard steel industrial environment
Résumé
The collaborative robotics emerge in some
factories due to many advantages that bringing. This article
presents an application of a collaborative robot integrated in a
hard steel environment that generates lot of requirements:
dusts, vibrations, high temperatures... The robot evolves in the
fourth mode of collaboration in which the human/robot
interaction is allowed under conditions. With few adaptations,
we succeed to start in production the collaborative robot which
eases the human operator by carrying a payload in his stead,
and consequently reduces operator musculoskeletal disorders.
