La lettre de Marc Antoine (SB I 4224) écrite au verso de l’Anonyme de Londres (P.Brit.Libr. inv. 137 = MP³ 2339)
Résumé
Although numerous studies have been dedicated to the rescript of Mark Antony, copied out on the verso of the Anonymus Londinensis, the context in which this text was written has been little studied. The rescript could be closely connected to the medical text on the recto, notably by its content, which mentions the privileges granted to a guild of winners of the Sacred Games and of crowned winners at Ephesus, a city with a renowned medical tradition.
