Les interactions culturelles dans la colonie romaine d’Antioche de Pisidie (cultes et vie religieuse)

Résumé

The founding of the Roman colony at Pisidian Antioch produced a political break accompanied by economic and social disruption. In the cultural field, Hellenism was masked by the institutional state of the colony, which was ruled by a minority of Latin culture. However, it never disappeared, but progressively restored its position in the civic space. As for the Anatolian culture, it appears in the cults, notably Men’s cult. So Antioch forged itself an identity that was improved by its Anatolian, Greek and Roman past.
