Le microbiote a-t-il un rôle dans les maladies auto-immunes ?
Résumé
The Human intestinal microbiome encodes 100 times more genes than the Human genome. Inflammatory Bowel Diseases are associated with a microbial dysbiosis, affecting the main bacterial groups, with a decrease in bacteria from the Firmicutes phylum together with an increase in Proteobacteria phylum proportions. Commensal bacteria in the human gut may be involved in autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
