Résumé

Linoleic acid (LA) consumption has increased over the last decades. This polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) can be metabolized in various bioactive molecules that might impact gut barrier function, gut microbiota and lipid metabolism. Our objective was to assess if dietary LA excessive consumption during gestation and lactation affect offspring gut ecology and barrier function and lipid metabolism in a rat model.
