Impact of the local demand-supply perimeter distribution and the internal reservoir trip length on MFD-based traffic simulation

Résumé

In this study we propose to analyze the effect of network heterogeneities on the prediction accuracy of a single reservoir model by comparison with a mesoscopic simulation of a simple network. We also investigate the influence of the average trip length choice on the simulation outputs.
