Effect of vanadium on the behaviour of unsulfated and sulfated WTi-pillared clay catalysts forthe SCR of NO with NH3
Résumé
Vanadium supported on unsulfated and sulfated Tungsten-Titanium-pillared claysare prepared and characterized then tested in the selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxide by ammonia. The structural, textural and acidic properties are largely influenced by either the presence or in the absence of sulfate. The catalytic activity in the selective catalytic reduction of NO by NH3indicates that vanadium supported on mixedtungsten-titanium pillared clay exhibit higher activity than that of a similar sample prepared in the presence of sulfate groups.
