SCOTTish: Toward an Optimal Concealment Algorithm
Résumé
SCOTT is an original concealment algorithm, which synthesizes a concealment texture for a visual environment, given an image of that environment. As an extension of SCOTT, SCOTTish is a first step to an optimal concealment algorithm, as the best tradeoff in terms of efficiency and speed. SCOTTish searches inside a database of generic concealment textures to find the most adapted concealment texture for that visual environment. Based on the principle of data mining, its simplicity and ability to be easily parallelized will make it, in the long term, much faster than SCOTT for the same efficiency
