Questioning the concept of value : from business models to the emergence of new markets

Résumé

In this chapter the authors firstly present the three elements that make the heart of a market system : the consumption values on the demand side, the value proposition and the value network on the supply side. They will then look into the dynamics into the emergence of a new market through the dynamics of the relations between these three elements as well as the variety of configurations of new markets, both from the offer and demand sides.
