High temperature superconductivity ( ! T c onset at 34K) in the high pressure orthorhombic phase of ! FeSe 0.82
Résumé
We have studied the structural and superconducting properties of ! FeSe 0.82 under pressures up to 32GPa using synchrotron radiation and diamond anvil cells. At 13GPa at ambient temperature we observe a phase transition towards an orthorhombic structure together with an increase of the superconducting transition temperature to values above 33K at 20GPa
