On the inelasticity modeling based on dissipation spectral analysis
Résumé
In this paper, an inelasticity modeling approach developed within the context of non equilibrium thermodynamics of the relaxation is presented. It is based on the generalization of the Gibbs relation for situation out of equilibrium and the use of the fluctuation theory to describe the material inelasticity dissipation. This modeling approach has served in the description of cyclic plasticity phenomena in metallic materials such as Bauschinger, memory effect, (additional) hardening, softening and yield surface predictions. Here, it application is extended to the description of ratcheting effects.
