Towards a performance evaluation in degraded mode of hospital sterilization services
Résumé
Sterilization services are vulnerable to risks, due to the contagious nature of their environment and to the degradation that risks can cause to the safety of patients and staff. Furthermore, sterilization services are continuously solicited in terms of sterile medical devices production. This makes the control of the workflow required in the normal operating mode and the degraded mode operating of the sterilization services. In relation to this issue, our work aims to evaluate the performance of sterilization services in normal and degraded mode using a model driven approach in order to improve their toughness and their behavior.
