Development of a standardized multi-sensors system for on-line atmospheric pollution monitoring
Résumé
The aim of this work is to develop a multi-sensors array system based on semiconductor sensors for atmospheric pollution detection. The main disadvantages of these sensors are their low reproducibility and long-term stability. A calibration procedure was established to standardize all sensors sensitivity, in order to assure inter-cells signal homogeneity, and to correct any drift in sensors response. Complementary tests under low gas concentrations were made to prove the capacity of such system to detect sub-ppm gas concentrations.
