High order integral sliding mode control with gain adaptation

Résumé

In this paper, an adaptive integral sliding mode is proposed. The main interest of gain adaptation is the reduction of the chattering and the possibility to control uncertain non- linear systems whose the uncertainties have unknown bounds. The proposed control approach consists in using dynamically adapted control gain that ensure the establishment, in a finite time, of a real high order sliding mode. The control is applied by simulation to an academic example to evaluate its efficiency.
