A thermodynamic evaluation of the Ge-In, Ge-Pb, Ge-Sb, Ge-Tl and Ge-Zn systems
Résumé
Five germanium-based binary systems have been thermodynamically assessed as a part of a long-term programme to provide thermodynamic data bases in order to perform calculations in multiomponent systems. For exach system, Ge-In, Ge-Pb, Ge-Sb, Ge-Tl and Ge-Zn, a set of self-consistent parameters has been obtained by using the optimization procedure developed by Lukas et al. (Calphad, 6 (1977) 225). Characteristic thermodynamic functions have been calculated and compared with the corresponding experimental values using the THERMODATA software.
