High dielectric constant and low loss in polymer composites filled by self-passivated zinc particles

Résumé

Zn/PVDF composites with favorable dielectric properties were obtained. ► Dielectric constant was increased to 52 due to enhanced interface polarization. ► Dielectric loss was reduced to 0.05 due to the self-passivation layer of Zn filler. ► The developed polymer composites can be used as embedded capacitors.
