Simulation numérique du comportement transverse de mèches textiles
Résumé
In this article, we present a numerical simulation of the transverse compression of textile tows at the scale of fibers. The approach, based on a finite element code, focuses on the taking into account of contact-friction interactions between fibers undergoing large displacements. It allows to simulate experimental tests and to study the effect of some parameters such as initial configuration of the tow and contact friction between fibers on the mechanical behavior of textile tows.
