Semi-analytical evaluation of linear and non-linear piezoelectric potential for quantum nanostructures with axial symmetry

Résumé

Symmetry analyses and semi analytical models are proposed to describe the mechanical, piezoelectric and electronic properties of strained zinc-blende (ZB) and wurtzite (WZ) quantum nanostructures (QN) with axial symmetry.
