Writers 'trained' in medecine
Résumé
This article looks at two writers whose fathers were doctors, Gustave Flaubert and John O'Hara. Both were influenced by their father's profession and what they observed of medecine in their youth. This article is one of the many I have written for The Shamrock Group of newspapers of eastern Pennsylvania. I contribute a monthly article of around 1000 words to the group. Each month I write on a different topic, according to what is in the news or what interests me. My goal is to bring France closer to Pennsylvania readers.
