Signal averaging enhancement by jitter Deconvolution
Résumé
In signal averaging of recurrent signals, like ECGs, the averaged signal can be represented by a convolution equation involving the ideal mean signal and the jitter effect. The authors deal with the advantage of searching an estimation of the real statistical distribution of the jitter in place of using a Gaussian probability density function when the number N of averaged signals is not very large. Simulation results devoted specially to P waves are reported and discussed
