Properties of laser deposited BiSrCaCuO thin films
Résumé
The resistive transition of thin superconducting Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 films has been analyzed in the frame of a granular model.. In addition to demonstrate granular aspects in the micrograph films, this analysis has allowed to access to relevant parameters of the intragranular material like Tcs the critical temperature of the grains and the width of the critical region. In particular the incorporation and/or the distribution of the oxygen in the grains has been related to the critical temperature of the grains.
