Effect of in utero Wi-Fi exposure on prenatal and postnatal development of rats
Résumé
Pregnant Wistar Rats were exposed in a reverberation chamber to Wi-Fi signals at three SAR levels (0.08, 0.4, and 4 W/kg) from day 3 post coitum to gestational day 21. Sham and cage-controls were included in the protocol. Prenatal and postnatal development studies were done based on the OECD guidelines. One hundred female rats and their pups were used. One day before the expected date of delivery, 5 mothers per experimental group were sacrificed and their foetuses examined. After delivery, the pups of 75 mothers were regularly observed until weaning. Final results will be presented at the meeting
