Personality, Emotions and Physiology in a BDI Agent Architecture: The PEP -> BDI Model

Abstract

Global security is a growing problematic nowadays. In particular, terrorist threats bring security actors to look for new training tools for major scale crisis. In this context, simulation by multi-agent system enables the actors to observe the effects of their actions. In this article, we propose an extension of BDI architecture that consider physiology, emotion and personality: PEP -> BDI, and show how it is used to model crisis situations.
