Assisted Living Service Identification Based on Activity Patterns

Résumé

In this paper, we present a scenario identification, based on two complementary algorithms, to offer scenarios self-adapting to user capabilities according to the analysis of user's habits. These habits are observed through the user demand on existing home automation and multimedia systems, without any sensors. A simulation model is developed for the generation of user database without waiting for months monitoring user activities. The simulation results allow us to evaluate our approach and to show a proactive solution for improving the user autonomy while facilitating their use of daily services.
