Resonant emission of a single InAs/GaAs quantum dot in a waveguiding configuration
Résumé
By means of confocal spectroscopy, optical properties of InAs/GaAs quantum dots embedded in a waveguide are studied. This new experimental configuration appears to be very promising in the framework of quantum computation in order to manipulate resonantly the fundamental state of a quantum dot. Preliminary experiments which allow us to validate this new set-up have been performed. Micro -photoluminescence in a wave guiding configuration on a single QD and absorption measurements of an ensemble of dots are also presented.
