Recent advances in speciation analysis by capillary gas chromatography-microwave induced plasma atomic emission spectrometry
Résumé
The potential of gas chromatography helium atmospheric pressure microwave induced plasma atomic emission spectrometry (GC-MIP-AES) for speciation analysis of organometallic and organometalloid compounds is discussed. Recent developments in all components of the hyphenated system - injection, gas chromatographic separation and detection - are highlighted. Applications to a variety of environmental, biological and energy related samples are reviewed.
