ADAPTIVE OBJECT MODELS ARCHITECTURE FOR SIMULATION SOFTWARE DESIGN

Résumé

This paper presents a new approach for designing simulation software that minimizes both development and maintenance costs on the one hand, and on the other hand helps the designer to deal with the growing complexity of the simulation process. It is mainly based on meta modeling technique coupled to a reusable framework programmed at a meta level, sometimes called “adaptive object models”. A design tool is presented. The whole approach is used to model and build a new generation of simulation software
