Welcome to the Institute of Mathematics of Burgundy (IMB) collection
Created in 2003, the Institute of Mathematics of Burgundy (IMB), UMR 5584 of the CNRS, is the laboratory of mathematics of the University of Burgundy. It is the result of the fusion of two UMRs, the Topology Laboratory and the Gevrey Laboratory of Mathematics and Physics. In 2005, the Applied Analysis and Optimization laboratory, UPRES EA 555, joined the IMB.
Since of January 1st, 2020, the laboratory is structured into three teams :
- Géométrie, Algèbre, Dynamique et Topologie (GADT)
- Mathématique Physique (MP)
- Statistique, Probabilité, Optimisation et Contrôle (SPOC)
