Labour Law for Care and Wellbeing
Résumé
Utopian visions of care work are fairly rare. Even if post-growth theories are giving way to careoriented societies, we need to get rid of the traditional view that care and domestic work are unproductive and the natural role of women. New welfare economics and feminist studies have stimulated our imaginations to explore new perspectives that promote care work and wellbeing and to examine their possible impacts on welfare and labour law.
