GMO, Conventional and Organic Crops: from Coexistence to Local Governance

Luc Bodiguel

Résumé

Whereas the coexistence of conventional, organic and GMO farming was originally designed to be a technical tool in order to ensure incompatible crop cohabitation, today it is a source of study of agricultural land governance, for European, national and local actors who may take part in the decision to allocate a specific process to a particular agricultural area. GMO regulations will therefore be analyzed in this sense.
