Not only entrepreneurs: economic elite which essentialises
Abstract
This paper addresses a primarily empirical elite focus, based on an ethnographic explorative research into an entrepreneurial organization. We aim to present a study of the case of women's entrepreneurial association that created in 2010. Business organizations have always existed. Today, we can note an over-specialization of these organizations, as well at a local level as global. In few decades, networks, clubs and associations involving entrepreneurs have increased. This process can be appearing as a response to economic crisis that lead to a crisis of certainty in the control of capital. How do the new entrepreneurial organizations build their work of delimitation and categorization? In time crisis, we can see that the common entrepreneurial interest of these groups is coupled with another identity will. Yet this one relies on a naturalist perspective to build the unity of people. The only entrepreneurial banner is not enough. In other words, entrepreneurial representation is in association with another logic: an inscription in a "lineage". We see a biologization of new entrepreneurial organizations. In the wake of this context, we have realized some observations and interviews within an organization of "women entrepreneurs". After putting in historical perspective this group, we will introduce its structure, how the members apprehend society, thus reflecting on the dynamic of power relations.
