              <p>Identifying the parameters that contribute to Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) in power electronic converters is essential. Sensitivity analysis provides valuable insight into the parameters that contribute to conducted emissions. however, its application is often limited by the high computational cost of time-domain simulations, especially when layout parasitics are included. This paper proposes a global sensitivity analysis based on Morris screening method to efficiently identify the dominant contributors to differential-mode and common-mode conducted emissions of a buck converter in the frequency-domain. The frequency-domain simulation allows efficient computation of sensitivity analysis, while fully accounting for layout-extracted parasitic effects. Compared to conventional time-domain, the frequency domain simulation reduces computation time from several hours to a few minutes, thereby enabling comprehensive sensitivity studies even for complex systems. The proposed method of Morris provides designers with an efficient and scalable tool to rank critical parameters, understand layoutdriven EMI, and give insights on the converter design at an early development stage.</p>
