              <p>RESUME du travail présenté dans cet article est de comparer, d'un point de vue environnemental es convertisseurs de puissance à base de composants grand gap (SiC, GaN) à ceux à base de composants Si. Les systèmes de conversion de puissance sont considérés et comparés dans leur ensemble, àunité fonctionnelle identique, pour un contexte applicatif donné et sur tout leur cycle de vie. Pour cela, il faut mettre en place une méthodologie de construction de dopnnées d'inventaires de cycle de vie fiables.  L'inventaire de Cycle de Vie est alimenté, entre autres, par le développement et la caractérisations d'un prototype permettant de mesurer les pertes, de qualifier les fonctionnements thermiques et la compatibilité électromagnétique (CEM) en vue de la comparaison et de valider la liste réelle des composants nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du système.</p>
