              <p>The present applied research investigates temporal variations in urban building energy performance through the integration of remote sensing and diverse geospatial datasets, including thermal infrared images, LiDAR building information, multispectral, and hyperspectral imagery. The Kaunas city's architectural typologies are diverse in Lithuania, its construction periods are distinct, and its building materials vary significantly. In addition, a broad spectrum of socioeconomic activities is represented. Consequently, Kaunas offers a representative environment for modelling the energy efficiency of buildings in different urban morphologic environments. A multi-faceted, data-driven methodological framework was developed to categorise buildings according to their energy efficiency profiles. To support this analysis, a multi-resolution 30-metre PRISMA space system and 30-centimetre VNIR Ricolla-Specim airborne hyperspectral imagers were employed to identify roofing materials, vegetation, and urban land covers. They were associated with multispectral Pleiade data. Thermal infrared data from Landsat 8/9 TIRS were used to analyse the thermal behaviour of buildings on a large scale at the built-up and district levels. These datasets were combined with building attribute information and LiDAR-derived structural data to model and assess energy performance at the building level. The Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) was deployed for data extraction, transformation, and automation of the processing. The application of artificial neural networks has enabled the modelling and prediction of energy efficiency patterns across the urban landscape of buildings.</p>
