              <p>In order to limit the effect of heat on the population during heat waves, the City of Paris has recently focused research efforts on finding alternatives to existing road materials. In this regard, this paper presents a field experiment that consists of 16 paving samples of 4.25 x 3.95 m² each and 30 cm deep, filled with different traditional and alternative road structures. Each structure is instrumented with 5 thermofluxmeters at different depths and on the surface, measuring temperature and heat flux every 5 minutes and continuously during the summer of 2021. A weather station located near the experimental area collects air temperature, relative humidity, solar and thermal infrared radiation, as well as wind speed. This paper compares the results of the heat balance analysis between the 16 structures. Their daytime and nighttime thermal behavior during the summer is studied. The perspectives of this work concern the estimation of the microclimatic impact of materials on a pedestrian.</p>

              <p>Afin de limiter l'effet de la chaleur sur la population lors de canicules, la Ville de Paris a récemment concentré des efforts de recherche sur le choix d'alternatives aux matériaux de voirie existants. À cet égard, cet article présente une expérience de terrain qui consiste en 16 alvéoles de 4,25 x 3,95 m² chacune pour 30cm de profondeur, remplies de différentes structures de voirie, traditionnelles et alternatives. Chaque structure est instrumentée avec 5 thermofluxmètres à différentes profondeurs et en surface, mesurant la température et le flux de chaleur toutes les 5 minutes et en continu pendant l'été 2021. Une station météorologique située à proximité de la zone expérimentale recueille la température de l'air, l'humidité relative, le rayonnement solaire et infrarouge thermique ainsi que la vitesse du vent. Cet article compare les résultats de l'analyse du bilan thermique entre les 16 structures. Leur comportement thermique de jour et de nuit pendant une journée estivale est étudié. Les perspectives de ce travail concernent l’estimation de l'impact microclimatique des matériaux sur un piéton.</p>
