Simulations of EPR spectra and distribution of fine-structure parameters of ions with spin above 0.5 in disordered solids
Abstract
In this paper we present a collection of EPR spectra calculated using a Czjzek-like distribution in order to give account of the quadrupolar parameters distribution in highly disordered solids as glasses or amorphous materials. In particular we show the dependence of the spectra in regard of the spin probe value, of the measurement frequency and of the value of the adjustable parameters of the distribution. Finally, one example of results obtained in fluoride glasses is presented.
