              <p>Recent advancements in bone tissue engineering highlighted the essential requirement for an innovative biomaterial that combine high bioactivity with enhanced mechanical properties. Although bioactive glass is wellknown for its capacity to establish a strong bond with living tissues, especially bone, by developing an hydroxyapatite layer on its surface, its mechanical characteristics are remain limited for several biomedical uses. In this context, geopolymers have emerged as a promising complementary material, providing higher mechanical strength, thermal stability, and eco-friendliness. This article investigates the development of a new composite via freeze-drying methods to create a new composite with improved bioactivity and enhanced mechanical properties. Furthermore, this paper aims to assess the potential of this composite in biomedical applications through in vitro assays. Several analytical and physicochemical techniques were used to investigate the obtained materials. X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the crystallographic structure of the synthetic materials. The crystals's major functional groups were validated by Fourier transform infrared analysis (FTIR). Indeed, the kinetics of chemical composition reactivity were studied using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) and the microstructure of this materials was verified by using scanning electron microscopy.</p>
