In situ synthesis of degradable polymer prodrug nanoparticles

Abstract

The synthesis of aqueous suspensions of degradable polymer prodrug nanoparticles with high drug loadings, hydrolitic degradation and cytotoxicity against cancer cells was achieved by radical ring-opening polymerization-induced self-assembly.
