Robotic Automation in Thermal Management: Optimizing Heat Transfer for High-Performance Systems

Résumé

This research examines how advanced fluid flow analysis automation transforms engineering thermal management solutions. The main goal is to improve thermal management in high-performance systems using automated fluid dynamics techniques and robotic technology to address heat dissipation, efficiency, and scalability. The method includes thoroughly examining fluid flow analysis, thermal management, and automation literature and assessing current CFD, robotics, and sensor integration advances. Results show that fluid flow analysis automation improves accuracy, real-time adaptability, and system efficiency, optimizing dynamic cooling processes in complex systems, including data centers, electric cars, and aerospace technology. Predictive thermal control using robotic systems with AI and machine learning algorithms reduces energy usage and improves system dependability. These systems have financial, technical integration, and energy efficiency issues, mainly when used at scale. The study also recommends investing in research and development to promote affordable automation solutions, industry standards for robotic thermal management, and sustainable energy practices in fluid flow and thermal optimization. This study shows that automation is essential to the thermal management strategy revolution, giving significant information for engineering and technology improvement.
