Collection and organization of multidisciplinary data for the search for molecules with health effect
Résumé
The possibility of crossing heterogeneous concepts and data is the source of innovation transfers between sectors. We present a method of data collection and organization around the question of the search for molecules with a health effect in cheeses. This work involves different scientific fields. Most of the time, these disciplines do not communicate much with each other ,and sometimes do not speak the same language. We propose to make the link by using semantic web tools (ontologies) and by exploiting different sources, including the “LinkedOpenData”. Financed by CAP 20-25 program from Clermont Auvergne University.
