              <p>Particulate matter (PM) is a global threat to humanhealth, associated with respiratory, cardiovascular, andneurological diseases, as well as premature mortality. PMtoxicity depends on several factors, size being a crucialdeterminant. PM10 (&lt; 10 μm), typically remains in the uppertract and is less hazardous than PM2.5, which can penetratedeeper into the lungs and PM1, which can enter thebloodstream. Accurate measurement of fine PM is critical,and low-cost sensors (LCS) represent a cost-effectivecomplement to official monitoring networks. This feasibilitystudy aims to compare the performance of a Wi-Fi andtwo LoRaWAN air quality stations (AQ stations) using LCSto measure PM, with the goal of determining whether theLoRa AQ stations can deliver accurate measurements.</p>
